Clerk II - Financial Clerk Friday, June 30, 2017 - 16:30 Reporting to the Deputy Treasuerer & Tax Collector, the Clerk II - Financial Clerk is responsible for providing financial and clerical support to the Financial Services Department.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintenance of the property tax roll which includes all billing and adjustments, cash receipting/reception, processing weekly payroll when the Clerk I - Financial Clerk is out of the office, accounting functions such as reconciliation of sub-ledgers and bank accounts, preparing general ledger allocations, general ledger account analysis and balancing, responding to and/or redirecting inquires/communications and other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
